We walked the streets that were littered with cans.
Staying out until dawn because that was our type of fun.
We may have done nothing, but that was okay by me.
Star gazing all night just because.
When I look at the sky now, it pains me.
You're over there, watching the stars.
I'm here going blind by staring at the sun.
What hurts more than blindness is that I no longer walk those littered streets.
I no longer kiss you against graffiti walls.
