You wanna walk with me

Through valleys

And forests and deserts

and hell at sunset

Feet achin’ ****** swollen

Stairways don’t have anything on us

That loosely linked ladder that leads to heaven

Rungs that won’t catch or stop the swelling

Can’t prevent these hands from grippin the firmament

I’ll plant my roots so deep I **** up the foundation

So those gates better open

Because being a good person stopped

The moment you stopped caring

We need more than a miracle *******

We need the end all be all moment of clarity

Where we finally understand that we can be held accountable for the
decisions we make

Phones aren’t filters

Cameras aren’t just methods of documentation

Reasons to hide than fight

You’re not ready to buckle by the realization of purpose

Not ready to save a life

Not even your own

So don’t act like nothing is your fault

Because

Everything is your fault
