I’VE TASTED ALMOST EVERYTHING LIFE HAS TO OFFER
NOTHING COMPARES TO LOVE, MAKES ME PONDER
IT’LL PUT YOU ON A HIGH, WHEN IT’S GONE MAKES YOU SUFFER
SWEET, BITTER, THE FLAVORS ALL ROLLED INTO ONE

NOTHING PUNISHES A MAN THAN LOVE CAN
NOR CAN MAKE A MAN GO TOTALLY INSANE
IT’S A FEELING EVEN GREAT MEN SUCCUMB TO
AND MAKES GENIUSES TO TOTAL JERKS

A THOUSAND ANGELS VISITS ANY ONE UNDER ITS SPELL
AS IT LEAVES, YOU CRAWL INTO A WORLD LIKE HELL
IN LIFE YOU GO THROUGH DEFEATS
BUT NOTHING IS AS PAINFUL AS LOVE CAN GIVE
