Bittersweet
That's how she sees the world through these beautiful eyes of hers; one black one green
Not aware that she is bittersweetness itself
With the way her coldness could freeze hearts around her at times
While her burning whole-hearted spirit awakens souls at others
With the way she claims independence
While recognizing the undeniable dependence she has for that one man
With the way she could eat flesh in times of anger
While giving her own in times of need
But all that she does not notice
All there is for her is her firm belief that life is bittersweet
To help her go through all the agonies presented to her
In exchange for pleasure
