Grey like the sky
When she's trying to vent
Lightning and rain
The feelings she sent
Dirt turns to mud
When the tears start to fall
Blackening hearts
The thunder it crawls
Clouds move in
Taking my place
Trying so hard
To remember her face
The sun takes back
What's rightfully his
The sky up above
The feelings within

Tomorrow is a new day
