This is where I belong
Painting a picture of you and me
In fluorescent technicolor.

Reality is upside down
But that's the way it's supposed to be
When you feel like this for each other.

The water's deep and overwhelming
The excitement of something new
Filling me to the brim.

I will swim through the water
It's eternal depth so rainbow, yet blue
And all I can see is now is you.

Is this a dream?
I'd rather not wake up if it is
I could just sleep like this forever.

I guess this is what you get
When you wait around for the right kiss
Isn't love so slippery and clever?

I've captured it in my hands
Finally letting it take over my heart
And I'll allow it to continue to grow.

I won't let it escape
This is such a wonderful part
Of the story that is my life flow.
