You and I, fighting a shark
Having fun in the open sea
flying some airplanes, everything neat

I crossed your mind many years ago
not knowing what to do
I was waiting for the perfect one
thinking I'd be like that for forever

Until this day that I had a dream
you were there, so real
Wait a minute...there's a shark
Fighting it and winning just seems not right
