If Tears Could Talk

I would not have to tell you myself the cold night i have been through alone. I would not have to look you in the eye and cast you into my sadness. I would not have to tear my heart into tatters as i cry bitterly. I would not have to walk away and drag myself into a trance of pain. I would not have to paint my dark nights with a thousand pictures of memory.
