Chasing After You

The only thing I could do for you is stay unnoticed

Although these unravelling feelings can't stop aching for you

I can only look at you from afar never getting any closer

Because if I do, I just might lose it

Even if you have acknowledged these feelings of mine

You know that I can't let you go as far as my arm's reach

Since I don't want for you to disappear in front of me

Wherever you go, I'll always follow you

Never wanting to let you out of my sight

Just hoping one day you could return to me these same feelings

That's why I'll wait and only follow you from behind

These encounters only draw us closer than you think

For each one, it makes me want you even more for myself

However, I can't love you the same way you would love me

As my existence start to vanish from you

The distance between us start to widen yet again

As the pain we share begins to hurt our broken hearts

As we confront one another, our true desires start to surface

Soon we start to go back to how things once were

But this time we know how each one of us feels about the other

As you walk ahead, I'll walk from behind you

If you fall, I'll catch you and continue walking again

If you stop, I'll grab hold of your hand and walk forward

If you start to cry, I'll cry with you until you are satisfied

No matter how far apart we were, we began to get closer

If you continue to walk down this road I'll be right behind you

Since I'll always be chasing after you from behind
