Jun 2014
digging a hole
in the sky,
nothing's at the bottom
except my mind.

i am shaking
like a leaf
that feels itself
rustling

and i don't know
what to say
when i'm feeling
this way.

gather all the sap
from your overturned,
battered family tree.

you are waving
like a breeze
that hears itself
howling,

and i don't know
what to say
when you're feeling
that way.
