Jun 2014
A particular note hangs in the air.
The lights continue to flicker,
As the dancing moths sways,
The lines of a fluttering waltz.
The night spins its spell.
If you do not agree then just see.
Colors of rainbows and the stars,
So vivid when your eyes are shut.
Fireflies, butterflies, and dragonflies,
The irony and the melancholy,
Spare me amenities of these realities.
As I waltz the magical night,
under the flickering lights.
