I’m going to bury one part of my heart,
Waiting at the door take us to the start.
The flower dagger I left in your back,
Beautiful and dangerous it leads us off track.
Freeing my memories from your hands and your hold,
The cards I'm controlling begin to fold.
Years falling beneath our feet the washing willow can only weep,
Bones breaking with delight your smile the hardest to fight.
An endless love brushed across your face no amount of damage can erase.
Falling to my feet when my wings give way,
Each feather a face I remember to this day.
Blood tainted feathers weighting me down,
The black feathers lace my crown,
Iron giant forced to defend,
I will find you in my dreams again.
