I remember the trace of you
Your smile and your laugh
I remember the place of you
How you stood perfectly in my path
I can't forget your steps
Or your words that are engraved
Your voice to my ear
And how my heart caved
I can't protect myself from you
You succeeded in the biggest theft
And it still hurts physically
Thinking of when you left

....
Maybe when the tears stop
I will let go
Maybe when I forget
Your heart will truly know
That this thing we call time
It stops for you and me
Because every time we meet again
We're fighting destiny
Work in progress
