After arriving at my new home
I knew I was where I was meant to be
It was a place where I felt warmth,
I felt loved.

As time went by I felt like things were changing
But not for the worse, only the better
I eventually could see

You were more Beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
You were everything to me.
There was nothing more in this world
That I could have asked for.

Every day I felt comfortable in knowing
We would be there for each other.
Every day I woke up and looked into your eyes
I knew I couldn’t imagine life without you in it.
You were my life.

I still think about the day you left.
Never did I think that would be my last day with you.
I was left alone.

I had to learn to fly without you.
I fell to the ground.
To this day I’m still struggling to get by.

I still wait for you to come back to me,
so that we can fly together.
