I want to read love poems and be inspired
I want to write you a poem to show my affection
I want to describe to you in words what my heart feels
but there are no words good enough.
Nothing fits right.
I cannot box all this up nicely into metaphor.
Every attempt comes out to small.
The vastness of the universe cannot even begin to cover this
All I can think about is the universe exploding out of you.
The only thing I can compare you to is the stars and planets I adore.
All I can say is that every time I look into your dark eyes I reminded of the sky turning for day to night.
I fell in love with the super nova in your heart.
I understand what the means now, to be in love.
Its seeing the black holes of your soul and diving right in.
Its guiding you through when one of your stars bursts.
Its floating around in your vast soul.
Its looking at your oxygen tank, and giving your last breath
I love you and all your constellations
