Nov 2010
In recent day our loves been so discarded,
already I regret the way you departed,
I wished to say hello,
but you were goodbye before I could do so.
Makes me miss when we talked of love for hours,
but those days of ours have faded like the stars above.
I recall the burning love I desired,
it kept me up when I was tired,
was the only joy I ever knew.
That's why I wrote this for you.

Only yesterday I spoke of your beauty.
Both inside and out you are all I see.
Though the line I'm hung on ain't that strong,
your words unsung would just be paint on a fence,
and to say that's all I need in my present tense,
would be oh so wrong.
Now I see it's only you for which I should care,
that's how come I don't stare in a pale hue,
that's how I fought for your love anew,
that's how I wrote this for you.
