My Earthy Old Mam.
The vastness of the seas and skies
Looked at through this mortal's eyes,
Never cease to remind me how small
I am to the universe overall.
I am as a speck of dust
A tiny flake of iron rust,
A molecule of water and
The night sky helps me understand,
That I am nothing and there is no plan
There is nothing special about man,
We just evolved with all the other
Creatures that can call Earth, mother.
