Poems
May 2014
the life we follow
whispering
about baseball
in an outskirts
bar
two men
and a woman
the two men
call roughneck
their six hands
curled
for what
wonβt arrive
in the snout
of a terminally
ill
dog
all promising
to name boats
gently
after boys
as itβs not
about her, no
**** is not a ship.
