No Regrets
I’m sorry
For how this turned out
I tried
You think I lied
But I’ve never been more honest
Think what you want
Winter killed it
As winter tends to do
It too shall pass
Fall is back, ****
Winter will soon follow
We all know what that means
You’re still mad
I thought we were passed all that
Oh yeah, her
It’s not a bad thing… its bad?
I know what I said when I was home
I meant it
I’ll face my judgment
If I don’t give it to myself first
Behold, my reckoning
It was for the best
We needed to grow apart
Not separate
I wanted you
To finally let go of me
For you
Winter’s close
And I just want you to be happy
Mistakes, but not regrets
I promise this
Love may sometimes be lost,
But never forgotten
please let me know what you think.
