The soft sunshine sparkles and glistens
Like a white iridescent moonbeam
Reflecting the still quiet tranquillity
Of an enchanting forest stream

Through my window I can reach out
For an ethereal glimpse of paradise
For skies of blue
And tender songs of dragonflies

The greenest buds and thriving flowers
Gently bathe in sweet rain showers
Until the sun’s radiance returns
To softly caress my face
Reminding me of the delicious warmth
Of your heartfelt embrace

Low clouds have stopped
Swirling in greyish skies of thunder
As angry storms of lightning give way
To fields of bloom and amazing wonder

And my thoughts rise
Soaring in heavens above
Visualizing wild waves
Of your sublime never-ending love

All things are possible
And I am at peace
Engrossed in hope’s light
That enhances the beauty
Of liberating spring-time release
