Poems
May 2014
shipwreaked
Sometimes I get lost
In my bed,
Floating around
A sea of unleashed thoughts,
Tidal waves of ideas
Ships of good intentions.
Leave me in their wake,
Without a second glance.
My thoughts
Send out a ripple.
A simple cry for help.
This life boat slowly sinking,
Into the depths of plain white sheets
Maybe tomorrow.
I'll set sail.
