Wild Waters

The waves come crashing down on me

Trying to swim against the current

Being dragged along in the undertow

I struggle, but to no avail

Sweeping along, caught in the flow

I'm beginning to waste away

Now I think I see my chance

I cry out for a little help

You grab my hand, and pull me up

We're standing on the oceans waves

You smile, and apologize

And push me back in again
