Alone in Darkness

the night falls without a sound,

stricken are we.

the light for which you pray

flares once, then dies

Away.

swept up

by madness.

all hope must end.

your soul thrives no more.

how could you fail to believe?

spirits surround us, crying,

sanctuary.
