Forward
I seem to have mislead you
I never said I feel how I seem to
This must be confusing you
So I’ll try to lay it straight
It’s over,
I’m done
But I still believe you are the one
I’m sorry it’s true.
But in too many senses,
We aren’t nearly ready
But I still love you
Give up trying to change me
It doesn’t work
When your mind’s not sure
Who’s the one you want mostly.
A friend is what I’ll be
Until you can decide,
Boo, Er, or me
Hope it’s clear
I’m moving on
Good-bye my lover,
I’m outa here.
