you are nervous and anxious and tired and confused and that's okay.
What you need to do is just be kind. Laugh, let go of your worries. Work, be productive. Do things that will leave you happy in the long run, as well as the short.
Remember that life is short, although the worst days are long and when you think back to these problems in two years they will be dust.
