One upon a time there was an eagle in a chicken pen
All his life the other chicks teased him over and over again
they told him he was nothing and he believed them
so they keep on teasing him
He stayed trapped in his pen thinking he couldn't fly out
If only they didn't fill him with doubt
He had the potential and possibility to fly to the skies
but he was held back by their bullying and lies
They covered his eyes
so he couldn't see
all he would grow up to be
Because he was an Eagle
Even though he didn't live that well
He was an eagle and the world he should tell
