My Neophyte
I forgot how it feels to not be in the dark all the time
I grew used to it
Thinking maybe I had longer to go
Before the light came out again
Then he came with his light skin
Reminding me that I'm worthy of a great morning
every morning
It's exciting because he's so new
myneophyte
Yet, it's like I've known him in my past life
like i've felt it before
yet it still feels new
Meeting all my standards
Proving good things come to those who wait
I miss him.
But I don't mind waiting for mine.
myneophyte.
