I do not believe that death is the end,
I believe the light we hear about as a loved one passes,
Is simply their birth into another life,
Through a new mother.

I am not religious, nor am I not well read,
I've been mocked already, been called a fool by most simple *****,
My thoughts on this matter have been pleasantly rife,
But I have one other.

It would be a wonder if this were true,
But what if when we are saved and return here from the light,
That mother loses her child?

To die is to live again,
For us, but that woman,
Wherever she may be,
Has lost one bitter, one final trial.
