I saw you in storm and strife of your heart
And you crept up my spine like a low growl
Here’s my shoulder, dream rain bowed stars
I’ll just sit here undeterred and scare away the trolls
I think that’s what my heart wants

I’ll paint you in radiance, isn’t that what poets do?
Then I’ll sit and smoke them till my lungs char
And wait for you to pick me up on the floor swooned
If you didn’t come, I would probably pull up a chair at the bar
And still thinks that what my heart wants

A truer truth is never easy to find
I am looking but I hope it doesn’t surface when I am gone
What do you pine? Does your heart wants something like mine?
Tell me what you think, I want to know do you think right or wrong?
What does your heart wants?
