I will never forget your love for trees.
How you lit up whenever you thought they looked beautiful.
Even during the winter,
When they're cold and bare,
You always saw in them,
Their full beauty.
And I think that's why I love trees, too.
Because you are so passionate about them.
Your passion flew to me and it lit a spark,
Igniting my love for them.
They are so peaceful.
They are always there.
Whether it's freezing cold,
Or extremely hot.
They are still living,
Breathing,
Existing.
They have eternal beauty.
Just like you.
