A binding curse
The worst agony
A poet feels  
As they take a seat
To make something new

But the ideas aren't new
No, there's a block
And you melt in your seat
The return of the curse

They know how it feels

How everyone feels
Surmounting the block
Defeating the curse
Fighting in your seat

Enduring the agony
Write, rewrite, read, curse
And repeat, nothing new
Just the block
That everyone feels

Frustration's seat
Seat on the block
The block of agony
The block of un-new
The block, the curse

A curse everyone feels...
