You did it again Though you said you wouldn't Passed out the pain
Though you know you shouldn't
Through the haze of tears I can see her on the floor
Her sobs are tearing at my ears Yet you beat us all the more
You pause, but it's not over yet There's a lot more to come
You've just gotten your feet wet There's much more where that came from
After a while, your rage runs its course You've beaten us into silence
Subdued us into fearful quiet by force We dare not move for fear of more violence
In the morning, you'll show remorse and apologize Even though we all know it won't make up for the pain The horror, my humiliation..
Your pretty lies Can never erase the tears that fall like rain
Sometime soon the pain will knock And you'll open wide the door
Through the halls that familiar pain will stalk Until it ends, when I can't take it anymore
