I’ll miss the way you always smile
A smile which makes my day
I’ll miss your lovely, beautiful voice
And the wit you used to display

I’ll miss your falling asleep in class
And the way you wear your hair
I’ll miss, you playing Table Tennis
And at the gate, finding you there

I’ll miss your love of books
And that gleam in your bespectacled eyes
I’ll miss your silly, funny impressions
Power-packed punch in a tiny puny size!

I’ll miss how you softly hum songs sometimes
And working on the group projects together
I’ll miss that great, courageous heart of yours
And may it remain like that forever

I’ll miss being the last person you’d want to talk to
And how you used to bluntly ignore
I’ll miss this piercing, cold side of yours
And I’ll miss the times a year before

I’ll miss that you had never cared
And the fact that you still don’t do
But most of all I’ll miss the little spark of hope
That, if ever,
Ever at all,
I could be with you.
