change

sometimes i wish that things didn't have to change faces and paces will always remain the things we said and did those we wish we hadn't done like a lid from a can that was shown the mistakes those hearts we break they're all replaceable but unre-makeable so remarkable how fast we make a patch to fill the hole that so easily torn can now never be worn on a sleeve made of gold we're now getting too old to dream of fairy tale lives or endings they always end with the hope we can mend and start a new beginning with no stop to the spinning your world never stops only skips a beat of the heart you can only hope to meet
