Promemoria
How have you never gone looking for the blue over my lash
Or the dark spot under my rib
Just as the past, and feelings within
bruises are always under the skin
One day I'll look in the mirror without smoke in my throat
And sleep through the night with no aches in my bones
The sun makes love to the horizon only in the west
I will be loved when I am only my best
