Mar 2014
the play of light and shadows
on swinging plains of green
a whole lot of meaning they carry
as they beam into the stream
that bids hello and goodbye,
simultaneously to birds flying high
the sliver of white on pools of blue
like diamonds that are found anew
and all this I watch,
and feel a clench,
for my heart knows,
what it is to be content.
