Simple words,
Common names,
No one sees them as what they are.
There's no definition,
No solidarity,
Just a gaping hole of normal.
That is until the day,
Regularity cannot be comprehended,
Because their blood pours down their bodies.
They were the common,
So they were neglected,
Now all alone in their never known glory.
Simply overlooked,
Commonly misplaced,
Decided their lives were no longer worth living.
We overlook such simple things,
Everyday of our lives,
Leaving us blind to see others hurt.
Changing their looks,
Slowly leaving their friends,
Until ultimately they want to leave themselves.
Their shadows will forever drape over us,
The simple, common and forgotten,
Will never be forgotten again.
