Don't let your ego, get in your way.  Take time to listen, to what people have to say.
Do you have a big ego, causing people to flee away?  Maybe, you need to humble yourself, then take time out to pray.
I know you moved ahead, in front of others around.  Do you think you can take a step low, so others can get off the ground?
Perhaps, you need to get rid of your ego, it's not helping you.  You're so stuck on yourself, forgetting what  you suppose to do.
You can move ahead in time, if you bring humility into your life.  You can even move others ahead, as you choose to to do what's right.
