In the garden,
Where secrets hide
Behind every tree
Where black and yellow
Knights float free
where tomatoes grow
Next to smiling children
Where birds flitter by
In the passing of years
And currents of time

In the garden
Where my safe house
Meets the outside world
Where life trudges on
Like a caterpillars crawl
Where memories are born
With the new spring birds
Where one realizes
