Beautiful End

He stares at the wreckage, the lost memories. He stares at the carnage, the loved ones he needs. He looks to the north to see those responsible. He howls in grief and anguish and then, For weeks, he hunts tracks and sniffs the trail. Following the traitor, blood scent. Then, he sees. He growls his grief and revenge. The leader answers, a challenge. He opens his jaws to let loose a vicious snarl. He puts his head down and charges knowingly to his life's end.
