I hope this letter finds you well, from the dark dispair I've heard you dwell
the words I've penned are meant to say, to calm the demons that have swelled
oh that my logic and heart felt rhymes, may crease the corners of your smiles
to let your mind divert to another time, if only for a while
for I am not a savior to take away your fears, just a friend to remind you are cared
and as you fold the letter and keep it near your *****, may your demons disappear
