Lady Ella and the winter chills.
I expel paper tears.
Chilled wine swivels down my throat on nights like tonight.
Waiting around for you is like a ten year rain dance.
You speak in a sweet tongue but it all changes when the sun sets.
Cause then you call at night and you want my blood.
I’ll live the rest of my life carrying the lie I told.
But that resonates just fine
you’ll always have your nose in the air.
