A life of pure simplicity
is all I've ever asked
A simple home, a loving family
but it seems too tall a task

But one and one don't equal two
instead is equals three
so it seems the best solution
is to reduce it down to me

No more simple arithmetic
no anything plus one
just a simple home for me
its over now, I'm done.

If I have no one to think of
and no one to think of me
then at least I'll have a half of it
I'll have simplicity
