Space in an empty place
So very large and vacuous,
Ever-changing
And unexplored

It’s like the empty space
That resides in my heart
Waiting to be discovered
By someone that can love
And can love you for what you are
Whether that’s an empty space
Or a shooting star

This sacred place
Has been torn down
By love’s true natured ways:
An endangered trace
Desiring love,
Never sweet, never nice
But it will be with you; even in this
Dark, dark space.
