I lie here, alone, next to you
My back to your wall, your back
I wade through the intolerable amounts of sadness
I cling to it- at least it is familiar
If I don't strive for more, for better, I won't be let down
I can't lose another piece, of my soul.
There's no resolve left, I'm a shell
Next to you, alone, I die here
