Stewing in false hopelessness
I’m a nobody
killing nothing but time
.
Lay out all of my scars
and put them to the light
.
I am no better than you
spitting venom,
cutting my ties
.
I do it like a ghost
in the house that I reside
and no one hears me
.
Staring out the window each
time I wake up in the..
.
Birth a place for myself to live
it’s dark
and deer peer through the window
in silence
.
I look like a silhouette
and sound like a draft
as I fall in your mouth
