Kiss me good night
Just hold me here in your arms
Let me bask in your warmth
I cling to you like I’ll die if I let go
And in someways I will
In someways I did
After you let go
After we ended
A bit of me died away
And now here I am
Cold and scrambling for anyone willing to hold me
Anyone willing to make me warm again
But alas, I am just a snowflake wishing she was an ember.
