Fragmented Waltz

We look away

From crimson skies

And feel the pain

Of sweet goodbyes

We spend the night

On diff’rent sides

And now our sites

Where we now hide

They tell us low

Was where we’d go

They told us so

And now we know

We look away

From tempting chance

That fate now lay

For one last dance

And now you smile

How nice, how vile

Make this worth while

Turn our backs and run for miles..
