Fake Feelings and Metallic Silence

You’re so toxic

Though lips are placid

With gentle kisses

Still we’re static

Through the animosity

And lies I still see

And we reminisce

How we both felt right

To end the night

With hostile bitterness

We aggravate

By staying late

With tears falling

From both our cheeks
