Is it true, what I have heard?
That the world is round, how absurd
And the man in the moon has gone to mars
Did you know in my pocket, there's a handful of stars?
We travelled the sky from cloud to cloud
From imaginary mountains, we shouted out loud
The merry-go-round took off today
Through the sky and far away
We slid down a rainbow, into the sea
Dancing on sunbeams, just to see how it would be
Jack and Jill sat by the well, drinking scotch and ice
And if you read this once again, you will have read it twice!
Sillyness today...
